Spa Policies
First Time Clients:
We require that all of our first-time clients fill out a skincare and wellness form before receiving a treatment with us. To ensure that your treatment begins on time, please arrive 5 minutes early for your first appointment with us.
Cancellation:
Because we are by appointment only, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This is done as a courtesy to our technicians.
*Clients who do not cancel their appointments at least 24 hours prior to their appointment time will be charged 50% of the missed treatment's cost as a "no-show" fee.
Clients who are using a voucher and do not cancel their appointment at least 24 hour prior to their appointment time will be charged a $30 flat rate as a "no-show" fee.
To ensure that this fee is paid when applicable we require that our clients provide us with a credit card number upon booking or prepay for their appointment.

If you are feeling sick, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If rescheduling due to illness, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Appointment Timeliness:
Because we are by appointment, we are only able to accommodate clients up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we will have to reschedule your treatment for another day.
