You may return any item(s) purchased from within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment.


Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 10 days, and an email confirmation will be sent. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.

Merchandise that is damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact Spa Riviera at 310.316.2888 or by email at within 48 hours of item(s) receipt.


If you leave a voicemail, please include your order number, item description, number of damaged items, and if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.

You may also return products in person within 30 days. A copy of your email order confirmation or the packing list from the shipment is required as proof of purchase for an in-store refund.
